Role overview: Currently, this project is recruiting Patient Partners to collaborate on survey/questionnaire design and implementation, data analysis. planning, and to be actively involved in knowledge translation through seminar/conference/workshop presentations.
 
Knowledge, experience, skills required: We hope to recruit Patient Partners to collaborate as members of the research team by sharing their lived experiences to help us research the impact of circadian rhythm sleep disorders or other sleep-related problems on their quality of life. Through follow-up meetings, we want our patient partners' input in the priority setting of our research and in the development of research outputs.

There is no specific required knowledge, experience, or skills. We require Patient Partners with sleep disturbances, sleep disorders, and other sleep related problems.
 
Time commitment: Patient Partners will be engaged through monthly meetings. Meetings will be held approximately for 1 hour every month till August 2021, and we hope to start immediately. 
 
 
Location: Saskatoon (WebEx/Teams/phone)
 
What you can expect from staff: The research team will provide a platform for Patient Partners to collaborate in innovative research. Communication with the Patient Partners will be through phone/emails/Webex at their convenience to collaborate and provide feedback as the research process continues. Their feedback related to sleep problems and the health care system is necessary and will refine our research to improve patient-reported outcomes and care. Throughout, Patient Partners will be involved in data collection, analysis, decision making, and knowledge translation.
